How is the translation of documents and texts ordered online?
You can scan/take a photo of the documents that need to be translated and send them to us by e-mail: vertimucentrasplius@gmail.com or via Viber at +370 630 51898.
If you would like the translation to be attached to the original document or if you require an apostille, that is not a problem! Please contact us using the details above, and once the translation details have been agreed upon, we can arrange a courier to collect the documents from your home or office at an agreed time.
What translation certifications can we offer you?
- Without certification. We will send the completed translations to your e-mail without any certification in Word or PDF format.
- Certification by the translation agency. Completed translations will be sent to your e-mail with our translation agency’s certification, i.e., including the agency’s stamp, the translator’s signature, and a standard note indicating who performed the translation and the target language.
- Notarial certification. We can certify a copy of a document with a notary or certify the translator’s signature.
- Certification by an Apostille. Documents bearing a round seal with a coat of arms and a handwritten signature are certified by an Apostille.
